“We were introduced to Lorne by a neighbour who had redone his drive a few years ago. Within a few hours he came and measured up and by the weekend had estimated what we felt was a reasonable sum. Having given the go-ahead Lorne set a date which was kept to. The work was diligently carried out and any minor issues that arose were discussed with us and resolved jointly. He was proactive with suggestions to make the overall effect better. We were unsure about the doorstep once it was partly done but it was no problem to have it redone to our changed requirement.
